We are looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and dedicated Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager who can bring flair and vibrance to the running of The Mere Golf Resort & Spa's events, this could be boardroom meeting for 4 right through to a wedding with 550 guests.
- Responsibilities of the role will be assisting in the training and development of the C&B team to ensure standards and procedures are met in all areas
- Improving and maintaining standards to ensure our guests' needs and expectations are met
- Input during the weekly function sheet meetings; controlling costs and maximising sales opportunities to ensure hotel key targets are met.
- Strong attention to detail

- excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
