YOUR TASK
  • Support the team leader and the team in Germany with operational and administrative activities
  • Organize and schedule meetings, business travels, events
  • Prepare reports and statistics
  • Process and track orders in order systems
  • Review SAP invoices
  • Support of Financial Management
  • Prepare emails, handling email inboxes and calendars
  • Arrange accommodation, catering
  • Keep contact with foreign and local colleagues
  • Attend conference call meetings
  • Translate presentations, documents, emails from one language to another
  • Manage the attendance system
YOUR PROFIL
  • BSC degree (IT field is an advantage)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent German and Intermediate English language knowledge
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, dynamic personality
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Certificate of good-conduct
  • Tolerance for monotony
  • Ability to work well in team
  • Capable of hard work
