- Being responsible for development, documentation and publication of relevant business processes plus supply the required systems within the Service area,
- Supporting operational customer service units by regular, structured review and processing of subjects from the in-life operation,
- Supporting launches by processing of all tasks covered in process,
- Being responsible for sales development, administration and securing of the implementation of the generic Sales processes,
- Managing of the process interface between Customer Service and the respective Sales channels to secure controls flow of information,
- Acting as an owner of service Provisioning documentation repository supporting improvement.
- Advanced user of English and Arabic is a must,
- Previous experience in a multinational environment, in the field of Customer Service is a must,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Excellent communications skills,
- Versatile, pro-active, persistent, numerate, problem-solving, goal- and result oriented professional with strong personality.
