- Keep everyday contact with the clients,
- Manage datas in the company’s system,
- Creates, maintains and close the Contract Folder.
- Coordinate contracting process with new suppliers,
- Prepare various market research analyses when it’s needed,
- Tracks, monitors and reports project financial status frequently to responsible management.
- Initiates corrective actions, where actual deviate from plan. Updates cost and revenue accordingly.
- Upon customer acceptance of solution deliverables ensures that the Contract Folder is updated and billing data is captured.
