Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for overall System support, handling, receiving and categorizing tickets, verification of tickets, resolve tickets as 1st line, instruct in correct way of work.
  • Support application relevant operation process, include the event, incident, change management, etc. to ensure the application meet the customer system level agreement (SLA) Escalation point for all major incidents as necessary
  • Continuous Knowledge base development

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent English
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or entry level
  • Proactive in resolving issues and prioritizing appropriately
  • Take ownership of incidents
  • Proven logical fault diagnosis ability
  • Experience of working in an ITIL recognized process driven environment
  • Configuration and optimization of application
  • Experience of application release/deployment in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Reporting Skills - MS Excel
  • Pay attention to details
  • BSS experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Billing and CRM business process and functions is a plus
  • Willingness to work in 7x24 hours shifts
  • Candidate can accept some travel
