One of our customers from Telecommunication industry is looking for an Application Support Specialist.
Supporting effective usage and operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and basic office applications on group level and active participation in implementation project.
- Supporting requests of colleagues regarding internal IT applications and handling different IT related issues - Testing and monitoring the operation of applications - Supporting business processes by actively participating in analysis of current and new systems by taking the key role of being a bridge between business side and application, developers - Reporting of business operation - Documenting support and operation activities - Documenting application related documents for users - Professional communication with colleagues group wide and with our partners - Managing unexpected daily problems of applications
- College/University degree - Fluency in Hungarian and both spoken and written business level in English is required - 3+ years experiences in business and office application support area - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SAP is an advantage - 1+ years experience in international work environment - Experience in creating SQL queries and reports is an advantage - Has high level of communication skills - Great problem solving ability - Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously
