• Life-science Application Support • Taking end user requests when required and fulfillment • Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group • Incident resolution and recovery; Ticket Closure • Monitoring ticket and application • User management • Site and study administration • Database clean-up activities • Data Dictionary maintenance
• University degree • Strong Excel and database knowledge / SQL, Access / • Advanced English language knowledge is a must • German language knowledge is a huge advantage
