AP Team Leader
- Support operational delivery of AP processes
- Reports directly to Finance SSC manager
- Support team in complex issue resolution
- Makes decisions which improve quality, cost and people engagement
- Manage, Develop and Coordinate tasks of a team
- Monitor KPIs and key controls for the team
- University or college degree
- 2-3 years+ relevant experience in AP in an SSC environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Strong, confident leadership ability, ability to effectively communicate management decisions to achieve understanding and acceptance
- Experience of relevant ERP business systems e.g. SAP
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyze data and produce reports (MS Office)
