GFSS is looking for highly-motivated, customer service-oriented people in the following position:

Tasks:

• To ensure the correct processing of all incoming payments
• To supervise the processing of credit notes
• To ensure the execution of relevant credit management activities
• To supervise and control the correctness of the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger and the interface to the General Ledge
• Managing the interfaces between the GFSS and the local companies and external parties
• To ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of the processes in scope of the GFSS
• To manage and/or support national and international projects

Requirements:

• At least Bsc degree in Finance or Economics
• Advanced command of English language
• At least 3-5 years professional experience in the OtC area, with minimum 1 year managerial experience
• Very good knowledge in processing of accounts receivables
• Good knowledge in credit management
• Good knowledge of relevant facts in tax law, in particular VAT regulations
