Our partner is a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector. We are looking for a Financial Reporting Team Lead for its Budapest based Business Service Center who is primarily responsible for managing the Reporting team.
Tasks and responsibilities: - Lead the reporting team
- Support regular financial close process and accurate reporting in compliance with corporate reporting standards
- Responsible for specific management reports including monthly KPIs
- Perform business analyses of budget-, cost-, revenue- and profitability analyses
- Keep regular contact with local and global management
- Co-operate with other Financial Functions within the company
Requirements: Fluent English knowledge (knowledge of German is an advantage) University or College degree in Finance/Accounting or in Business Administration Min. 4 years of experience in financial reporting (preferably in SSC environment)
People management experience but committed seniors with previous deputy-supervisory experience are also welcome - Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good organizing and time management skills
- SAP knowledge and good Excel skills
