Finance Shared Service Center Representative

Responsibilities:

· The candidate will join a services team supporting the Accounts Payable function for
National Instruments Corporation and throughout Europe.

Place of work:

· Debrecen

Main responsibilities:

· Entering supplier incoming invoices for French Branch

· Initiating payments to suppliers

· Keeping contact with NIAP Department in France

· Keeping contact with French suppliers

· Daily problem solving

· Taking part in month end activities: reporting, bank reconciliations

· Involvement in Process Development/New Projects

Knowledge and Experience:

· University or College degree is an advantage

· Good PC skills, preferably using Excel and MS Word

· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in French

· Knowledge of finance and accounting, practice in the field of finance and accounting is an advantage

· Work experience in an office environment would be an advantage

Personal Qualities and skills:

· Very good communication skills,

· Outgoing person who enjoys working with internal customers and in a team,

· Ability to work on own initiative, self-starter,

· Close attention to detail,

· Commitment to doing a first class job (i.e. accurate, timely and well documented).
