Our Client is the world's largest direct selling company, operating in more than 70 markets all over the world providing flexible business solutions to global market businesses, now looking for a candidate with excellent reporting, administrative skills in the position of Back Office Supervisor.
The Back Office (BO) actively supports the BDMs and SCs by taking over administrative tasks as well as the active support for all administrative sales activities of KAMs and SAMs with focus ont he following activities:
- Conducting research on account dynamics and performances (supporting date gathering for analytical work) - Additional support for all activities listed int the KAMs or SAMs profiles - Superving the activities of Back Office (a team of 5) - Work in consultative and supportive manner with ABOs to manage their business needs - Other supportive tasks fulfilled by back office - Per request or service need, provide temporary support for the Contact Center Team and the pick-up center info desk - Support business conduct activities and local projects - Support the adaptation\validation of local and foreign Marketing and Communication materials
- Native\fluent English knowledge - Having the ability or experience of People Managment - Experience in reporting, administration or customer managment is an advantage - Very good communication skills - Ability to resolve issues in pragmatic manner - Basic competence in data analytics - Ability to translate\proofread - Thorough understanding of ABO business model
