On behalf of our international partner we are looking for an Assistant with 2-3 years of experience: 

Administrative Assistant


The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to client serving colleagues through a precise, reliable and client-oriented mindset.


  • Maintain the smooth running of the daily work of the department
  • Scheduling internal and client meetings
  • Handling billing, financial administration and reporting
  • Facilitating travels abroad and countryside visits
  • Assisting proposal, contract preparation
  • Handling telephone calls, expense reports, and timesheets
  • Filling of the project work documentation
  • Recording incoming/outgoing letters, faxes
  • Occasionally  typing / formatting / binding of reports, letters, power point presentations




  • 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • Secondary school diploma (university/college degree or any job related certificate is a definite advantage)
  • Fluency in English and in Hungarian is a must
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy
  • Client-service attitude and ability to work under time pressure
  • Need the person to be proactive, and professional in terms manner and  confidentiality
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Flexibility
  • Capability of hard work and accuracy under pressure
