Administrative Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the host and main point of contact for visitors
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone
  • Maintain office stationary/kitchen supply
  • Handle facility related matters such as: water supply, stationary, name cards etc.
  • Ensure office related files are filled in and maintained accurately: telephone extensions, entrance cards, parking space, seating plan, mail registration etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Search for new suppliers/vendors, collect price offers
  • Prepare training materials (printing, binding, registration of attendance)
  • Prepare meeting room for internal client meetings
  • Assist in fixed assets inventory set-up
  • Assistance to office staff and management with ad hoc administrative requests

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong Team Player and goal oriented person
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Helpful attitude
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) required
