Administration Sales Assistant
This stylish luxury hotel, Corinthia Hotel Budapest is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.
- Prepare a full proposal to customers for meetings and events;
- Groups and Activity handling in Opera;
- Monitoring of the standards of tenders and competitor’s;
- Prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs;
- Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems;
- Facilitates and prepare petty cash form, purcahse order, processes credit memos, provides information regarding order status and stock availability, orders product literature and/or provides customers with product/sales information as requested by sales team;
- The Administration Sales assistant has to carry out all admin duties.
- Possess 1-2 years working in Sales Department, ideally within a Hotel;
- Have experience with hotel software systems (e.g. Opera).
