Our precious partner, a continuously growing financial Shared Service Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader to coordinate a professional team and help in the migration processes. Challenging tasks. Great location.
Tasks:
- Manage a part of the Accounts Payable team of 5-7 members
- Act as a coach and support the personal development of the team members
- Ensure continuous process improvement in the AP function, manage the required changes in a timely and effective manner
- Build strong partnership with various business partners to achieve high level of customer satisfaction among internal customers
- Assist in successful AP migrations from the Business Units to the Europe SSC,Budapest
- Maintain the effectiveness of the controls and operating procedures and ensure
Requirements:
- College or University degree in Finance and equivalent experience
- 2+ years of people management experience (as team leader, managing a team of minimum 3)
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processes
- Fluent English knowledge is required, any additional European language is a plus
- ERP knowledge is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proactive, problem solving, positive mindset
- Experience in SSC environment
Responsibilities:
- Follow the end-to-end processes of the accounts payables (booking, reconciliation, payment run)
- Coordinating the AP process to meet the agreed SLA-s
- Participation in month-end closings
- Prepare the new migration processes
- Continuous process improvement
