Accounts Payable Team Lead
we are looking for colleagues


  • Responsible for supporting the daily operations and activities in Accounts Payable.
  • Along with actively driving process improvement, the role requires a high level of focus to continuous drive process improvements that align with not only the Company vision but also the agreed policies and procedures that promote best practice.
  • Act as a coach and support the personal development of the team members.
  • Review, analyse and acion team KPI’s.
  • Maintains regular contact with internal customers, evaluates and understands their needs, provides information concerning everyday operation.
  • Coordinating the AP processes to meet the agreed SLA-s.
  • Providing assistance with the preparation of month & year-end closing and all required financial statements.



  • Fluent English knowledge is required; any additional European language is a plus.
  • Proactive, problem solving, positive mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Understand basic accounting principles and logic.
  • Work experience in similar Finance or SSC area is an advantage.
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in team leader role.
  • University/college degree or secondary education in the field of finance and accounting.
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.


The job is located in Székesfehérvár.
