For fulfilling the position
Accounts Payable / Payment Team member
we are looking for colleagues


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Prepares payment proposal in Oracle.
  • Follow-up and validation of payment proposal by business
  • Responsible for all payment disbursements (checks, ACH/EFTs, wires …) with appropriate bank and ledger accounting and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for resolving discrepancies on the daily/ monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Provides on-demand analysis of payment data to requesters. 
  • Build strong partnership with various business partners to achieve high level of customer satisfaction among internal customers.
  • Participation in month-end closings

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English knowledge is required; any additional European language is a plus.
  • Good computer and typing skills are required.
  • Proactive, problem solving, positive mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Work experience in AP or in similar Finance or SSC area is an advantage.
  • University/college degree or secondary education in the field of finance and accounting.
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.

 

The job is located in Székesfehérvár.
