- Manage and implement account payable processes
- Handle complicated situation within the team, act as an escalation point
- Provide support in case of complex issues
- Makes decisions which impact on the results, deadlines and budget.
- Plans and coordinate workload appropriately to ensure that business needs and deadlines are met.
- Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work and report on trends
- Demonstrating a creative and analytical approach to problem solving
- Accounting or Business Degree
- Experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP
- Coordinates, organises and prioritises work activity for self and others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyze data and produce reports
- Fluent in English and French
- 5+ of which at least 2 years people management
