-To ensure the monthly payroll accounting operation -Responsible as owner of payroll accounting migrations by reviewing in-country end to end processes -Undertake full responsibility for the complete Payroll Accounting function -Manage the review and identifying improvements possibilities -Manage all investigations into discrepancies between payroll system and the GL -Ensure reconciliation is completed in an accurate and timely manner -Ensure the payroll accounting team is set clear, achievable and measurable objectives, which are monitored on an ongoing basis
-Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including benefits and payroll accounting -Degree level or/and Management/Business studies -Chartered accountant qualification -Depth knowledge of payroll accounting -Detailed knowledge of employee/ employer tax legalization -Strong people management and leadership skills -Experience in leading a team of minimum 4-5 people -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Process knowledge and ability to add ideas for improvement
