Account Assistant (Tourism)

  • Create and administrate hotel profiles in different systems
  • Support contracting process with new hotels
  • Training new hotels on how to system use, create profile settings
  • Contract renewal with existing partners
  • Supporting Senior colleagues in managing accounts
  • Be responsible for clients' content upload and settings
  • Grow transactions and revenue
  • Handle all issues relating to accounting, allotment, pricing, notification, cancellations, etc.
  • Evaluate production and determine follow up action
  • Participation in market research projects
  • Reporting tasks
  • Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions


  • Fluent knowledge of English + German / French / Slavic language (both oral and written)
  • Education OR relevant experience/traineeship in tourism related field is a MUST (0,5-1 year)
  • Self-confident communication skills through telephone
  • Solid computer skills are highly required
  • Strong team player and goal-oriented person
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome (in this case completed internship is a must)

The position offers a 6 month-long temporary contract which may be extended.
