Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for 2nd line Support Specialists to their shared services centre.
- Support the clients in Cisco/Avaya networking related problems on 2nd level - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems - Manage supplier activities (escalating 3rd party agents)
- min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong technical knowledge in the field of Cisco/Avaya networking (certification is an advantage) - Fluent English knowledge, other language is an advantage - Professional communication skills, customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Proactive and dynamic personality
