Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for 2nd line Support Specialists to their shared services centre.
- Support the clients in Avaya related problems - Provide support on a L2 level - Voice gateway configuration, VOIP troubleshoot - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluent English knowledge - Strong end-user support knowledge (Avaya/Cisco is an advantage) - Good computer knowledge - Professional communication skills, customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Proactive and dynamic personality - Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
