2nd line Helpdesk Agent (Italian and English speaking)
- Solve complex IT-related problems that are escalated by the 1st line team
- Advise Windows systems and devices
- Follow-up incidents and escalate to 3rd line if needed
- Report to team leader on the problems and advise possible new business processes or developments
- Fluent Italian and English knowledge
- Deep knowledge of windows
- Previous experience as 2nd line agent or several years as 1st line agent
- Helpful, friendly attitude
