As a 2nd level Technical Specialist your job would be to:
- be responsible for end to end management of customer change requests on their IP Telephony network - collect the necessary information and data in order to validate the requests - modify the technical settings according to the customer's needs - keep contact with external and internal parties involved in the procedure - inform the customer about the process, make sure that the implemented changes reached their objectives
- fluency in English and Dutch - previous experience (min. 3-6 month) in customer service - general IT knowledge - IP network experience in Cisco environment is an advantage
