Our client is a worldwide known software development organization. They are looking for 2nd Line Support Specialists to their newly established team.
-Provide 2nd level support in 24/7 shifts -Handle, register and follow up incoming request/incidents -Constant communication to involved units and partners -Analysis and removal of occurring problems according to documentation -Reporting
-Min. 2 years of experience in similar position -Excellent English (verbal & written) is mandatory -Stress resistant, team player, ready to work in shifts -Previous experience in working with ITSM ticketing systems is desirable -IT attitude, willingness to learn new systems -Bachelor degree is an advantage
