- Providing in-depth technical support to customers through network or equipment monitoring, localisation and remote repair
- Managing supplier activities
- Analysing requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Giving advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
- Accepting incoming information and making sure that it is correctly recorded and is immediately processing or forwarding according to the internal processes
- Experience in IT Helpdesk/Customer Service
- Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems
- Fluency in English
- CCNA knowledge is an advantage
- Is open, communicative and works well within a team
