Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for 2nd level Specialists in 7 x 24 shifts to their Budapest-based business services center.

Pozíció részletezése / Position overview


- Providing in-depth technical support to customers through network or equipment monitoring
- Localisation and remote repair
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Ticket-handling
- Customer care


- College or university degree
- 6 months minimum in a similar job is preferred
- Strong fluent business English knowledge 
- Another european language(French/German/Italian)is advantage
- Deep knowledge of Cisco routers or CCNA exam
- Knowledge of voice and data platforms 
- Good customer relations skills
- Willingness to work early and late shifts also on weekends
