1st Line IT Helpdesk in SHIFTS (French OR German)
Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for 1st Line IT Helpdesk specialists in 7 x 24 shifts to their Budapest-based business services center. Feladatok:
- Responding to inbound telephone calls from customers and recording all actions taken to effect resolution of customer problems - Contacting customers directly, providing notification of error conditions, and updating on existing problem conditions - conducting first level analysis and contacting other technical departments if it is necessary - working on the customer service helpdesk and answering and pro-actively making calls to resolve customer issues - Managing supplier activities (driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet SLAs Elvárások:
- Fluent English AND one of the following European languages: German, French - Customer Service experience, in helpdesk environment - IT/Network background (but Network background is preferred) - Ability to work in 7/24 shifts (including morning, afternoon and night shifts) - Advantage: ITIL awareness, Cisco knowledge, TCP/IP Amit kínálunk:
