1st Level Helpdesk Agents with English AND French/German/Spanish/Russian knowledge

- Providing support in solving of authorization problems
- Accepting and immediately starting to process, solve or forward SW/HW and telephony problems
- Analysing requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Accepting and supporting orders
- Giving advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
- Accepting incoming information and making sure that it is correctly recorded and is immediately processing or forwarding according to the internal processes
- Experience in IT Helpdesk/Customer Service
- Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems
- Fluency in English AND French/German/Spanish/Russian knowledge
- CCNA knowledge is an advantage
- Is open, communicative and works well within a team
