- Providing support in solving of authorization problems
- Accepting and immediately starting to process, solve or forward SW/HW and telephony problems
- Analysing requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Accepting and supporting orders
- Giving advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
- Accepting incoming information and making sure that it is correctly recorded and is immediately processing or forwarding according to the internal processes
- Good computer knowledge, with desktop support helpdesk experience or other experience in IT support.
- Good knowledge of the current Windows operating systems
- Citrix knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent languages in English and German/French/Italian/Spanish
- Is open, communicative and works well within a team. Is customer orientated, a good listener and able to deal with difficult customers
